Sacrament Survey

Has your visionary church had its sacrament seized from customs in 2020? The National Association of Visionary Churches (NAAVC) is seeking recovery of Medicina improperly seized from Federal authorities in violation of all Church’s rights to their Free Expression. In its active suit of the DEA now in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California, the NAAVC will be seeking recovery of Ayahuasca improperly or illegally seized this year from visionary churches.

The NAAVC is concerned with Federal interference of our religious community. Support the rights of your church, your congregants, and the rights of other visionary churches across the US, by registering your complaint to include in the recovery phase of our litigation.

To anonymously participate, complete the recovery survey page below.  In order to aid correspondence, we will be asking for some identifiers including name and email.  All identifying information in the survey will be strictly confidential.  All data will be cleared of individual identifiers such as names, emails, names of church, etc. when used to present a pattern of abuse before the court or any agencies or individuals outside of NAAVC.

It includes a few brief questions. If available, you’ll be asked to upload an image of the notice you received from Customs or Home Land Security following seizure.
